Autonomous Responsibility and Leadership
APU staff is autonomous and consists of dynamic individual schedules dependent upon responsibilities. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00, but can vary dependent on the department. The company culture supports our adaptability to our diverse set of responsibilities, which could range from coding a website to industry analysis.
We are a team consisting of proactive, autonomous individuals each with their own set of skills and expertise. APU exhibits a corporate structure that is balanced by autonomous members to maximize efficiency, while simultaneously encouraging creativity in the efforts to best serve our clients.

Teamwork and Cooperation
APU services a dynamic range of clients that constantly demand our teams to be creative, motivated, efficient, flexible, and effective. Our teams regularly meet to brainstorm to create original ideas or innovative solutions, which require teamwork and cooperation from all departments. We believe our continued success is the byproduct of teamwork and APU’s family corporate culture.

“Why?” and “Right Now!!”
APU’s culture believes in two main concepts we call to the “Why?” and “Right Now!!” concepts. “Why?”The question that provides the most information, but least asked or answered in the work place is ‘why.’ APU’s team firmly believe in always asking why. The main reason is because when you know why you do what you do it tends to make things easier and provides purpose. We encourage this ‘why’ to promote creativity, conversation while simultaneously diminishing obligation or thoughtless work. Our team works everyday knowing why they do so, which we believe makes a difference in the environment we create and the service we provide.
“Right Now!!”, APU is a service business that supports and assists individuals and businesses develop their trade or network. Therefore, generally our projects or work adhere to a deadlines set by our clients. As a result, we make it a habit to always work hard and not procrastinate. APU starts right now, not later because later is too later.
