Our goal is to develop a competitive business model in the Asia-Pacific region based on Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Korea’s abundant capital and excellent human resources and expand it to the global market.
Currently, six corporations are established and operating in Korea, and we are expanding our global network by establishing local subsidiaries in Japan, the United States and Thailand. TFT by project consisting of multinational financial experts, marketers, planners and mentors with various practical experience and expertise is a key resource of APU.
We evaluate the sustainable future value of the project through the original self-analysis tool applied with Agile Process and implement various execution strategies such as Incubating, Acquisition, and Foreign investment depending on market size and business conditions.
At the same time, we are helping to create synergies by interconnecting the major resources of the project, such as people, technology, markets, services and capital.
