APU is a global project brand that carries out diverse projects in investment, education, distribution, copyright and manufacturing. The abbreviation of APU stands for Awesome project, Passionate colleague and Unsurpassed performance, and the management value we aim for is ZERO TO GLOBAL GIANT.

Our goal is to develop a competitive business model in the Asia-Pacific region based on Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Korea’s abundant capital and excellent human resources and expand it to the global market.

Currently, six corporations are established and operating in Korea, and we are expanding our global network by establishing local subsidiaries in Japan, the United States and Thailand. TFT by project consisting of multinational financial experts, marketers, planners and mentors with various practical experience and expertise is a key resource of APU.

We evaluate the sustainable future value of the project through the original self-analysis tool applied with Agile Process and implement various execution strategies such as Incubating, Acquisition, and Foreign investment depending on market size and business conditions.

At the same time, we are helping to create synergies by interconnecting the major resources of the project, such as people, technology, markets, services and capital. For APU, connectivity is a concept of continuous expansion, and a key process for the completion of investment and planning. We have almost all the resources we need to execute through connections, and we also share performance through the connections.

Business

APU Korea Inc.

APU Korea specializes in the development and operation of international financial solutions based on the Japanese and Korean markets and is aiming at innovative projects and business models in the field of easy financial services and settlement in the Asia Pacific region, especially in the field of tourism financial services.

The predecessor of APU is ASIAPASS, a pin-tech company that has been leading the international prepaid card business between Korea and Japan by developing overseas payment patent that does not use international card network such as VISA or MASTER.  ASIAPASS was a financial venture company in the financial services sector working together with Mitsui Sumitomo Card Co., Ltd., the second largest financial company in Japan for five years from 2010. ASIAPASS has been in charge of the card business that can be freely used in Korea by charging it with Japanese Yen.

APU Korea was established on a capital investment by APU GLOBAL PTE LTD. of Singapore in April of 2014 and absorbed the executives and key operating personnel of ASIAPASS and acquired 2,500 loyalty franchisees. Along with UFJ NICOS of Mitsubishi, Japan’s No.1 financial group, APU Korea has been focusing on the cloud payment services for the next generation aimed at all parts of Asia, including Japan and Korea.

APU Development Inc.

APU Development is engaged in real estate business and plant export business such as residential and commercial facilities real estate development, consulting, sale agency, foreign capital attraction, marketing, market research and hotel management in emerging markets of Asia.

In particular, we are expanding our business scope from real estate development projects to all-value chains of real estate such as real estate portfolio diagnosis, development and investment, construction management, leasing and operation management, and securitization.

We provide investors with general development advice, including specialized real estate, through consulting professionals with in-depth understanding and experience in real estate development in a variety of fields. Currently, we are focusing our capabilities on real estate development and operations in connection with the central government and municipalities in Southeast and South Pacific regions, including Vietnam and Thailand, and in improving backward areas.

APU Trading Inc.

APU Trading is a trading and distribution company that sources competitive contents of No.1 or Only One in Asia-Pacific region including Japan and supplies them to the Korean distribution market. It was established on Hong Kong Capital in 2015, and in 2017, it has been earning its business competitiveness externally by attracting investment from a listed Korean company.

We have a special interest in discovering content in three areas, such as cosmetics, food and beverage, and everyday goods, and we’ve been applying a variety of affiliate tools and sourcing options beyond the usual retail trading methods, such as monopoly acquisition, investment and joint development.

The main partner of APU Trading is GS Retail, which operates GS25 which is the No.1 convenience store in Korea. GS Retail is one of the leading distribution company under GS Group, and is a large company with assets amounting to 3 trillion won. In addition to more than 13,000 GS25 convenience stores nationwide, it also operates the Beauty & Health Shop chain, along with the GS Supermarket Chain, and is expanding its business to the Asian market.

APU Prime Inc.

APU Prime is a company specializing in brand licensing and brand publishing. In the brand licensing business, we are developing licensing agents or business partnerships with global brands, including world-renowned Japanese designer Michiko Koshino, who are currently based in the UK, and developing new licensees for existing licensees and planning business in Asia.To this end, we support all practices such as consulting on the terms of transactions and preparing import contracts when local companies import global brand products.

In the brand publishing business, we identify excellent brands with market competitiveness through ideation, feasibility review, and branding and carry out ‘total brand publishing’ business to support brand publishing activities throughout the entire process, from commercialization and investment of products and services to marketing, distribution and sales.

We also have a partnership with Best Sky, Ltd of Japan to do license business on Asian markets for Japanese animation, cartoons, characters and entertainment.

APU Japan Inc.(MTI)

Japan has the third largest economic power after the US, China, based on an individual consumption market of $2.4 trillion and ranked the 3rd in GDP and the 4th in terms of Purchasing Power Parity in the world.

We have a wide range of vendor infrastructure covering almost all distribution channels in Japan including drug stores, department stores, cosmetics shops, supermarkets, general stores, beauty shops, hot spring shops, hotels and convenience stores, and online shops, TV home shopping, door to door sales, mail order sales and so on.

Honestri is a company for a global online distribution. We deliver competitive Asian products to the world through the leading online platforms such as Amazon, eBay in the U.S., Lazada in Southeast Asia, Alibaba in China, and Rakuten in Japan.

We support our partners in all processes required for overseas sales including brand publishing, design and translation, sales strategy development, CS, shipping, and publicity marketing.

APU Thailand Inc.

Thailand, with a population of 70 million people, is an ASEAN economic leader with Indonesia and Malaysia. It is also the center of the Baht economy in the Indochina peninsula and is also a role model for the economic development of under-developed ASEAN nations such as Vietnam and Myanmar.

Along with the former Thai Chief of Staff and current member of the Thai National Legislative Council. Mr. Puttawa Yoodhanawachapong as our management mentor, we are carrying out projects such as financial and real estate development projects in Thailand, a country of opportunity.

Advancing to the United States is very important to APU cause the United States, the world’s largest market, is a symbol of the growth of Asia-focused APU project as a real global business.

APU staff is autonomous and consists of dynamic individual schedules dependent upon responsibilities. Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00, but can vary dependent on the department. The company culture supports our adaptability to our diverse set of responsibilities, which could range from coding a website to industry analysis.
